6.1 Currency. All transactions on qi777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). qi777 does not operate multi-currency accounts; no currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. qi777 reserves the right to extend processing times for security review.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

13.3 qi777 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While qi777 takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is made. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.
14.1 qi777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where qi777 has reason to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations.
14.2 In the event of Account closure by qi777 due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any required investigation.
14.3 Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting qi777 support. Voluntary closure does not constitute a self-exclusion unless specifically requested as such. Closed accounts may be reopened upon written request, subject to re-verification.
